Had the PLEASURE of having both Sam & Aida as instructors during my time with Yarra City Driving School, which resulted in me passing 1st go. For those who are stilling deciding on a Driving School in the North, I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS ONE. I've tried other places in the past which led to poor experiences. Sam & Aida off the rip, were excellent teachers. Not only do they properly teach you driving skills and techniques that every driver needs, they really emphasised on the aspect of "SAFETY" which can really improve new and learning drivers. On the day of the test, I had Aida with me and I was a bundle of nerves. She was able to provide me with the support and insight which caused me to have a very smooth test performance. If you somehow still didn't get the message.......Yarra City Driving School is amazing and you need to book a lesson with them!

I could not recommend Yarra City Driving School enough! Sam was so great, he felt like a friend not only an instructor, which made me feel so comfortable and really enjoy the lessons. I have always been very anxious about driving and put off the test for so long thinking I would never be able to pass my first try. Sam booked my test the very first lesson we had which initially made me nervous, but when the time came I was fully prepared and it turns out it was just the push I needed! Sam was easily able to target the areas where I needed to grow my confidence and really personalised the lessons so I was able to build my skills in what I specifically struggled with. It helped me overcome any anxieties and prepare me for not only the test, but as a driver beyond that. Even after just 1 lesson I noticed an improvement! I highly recommend Sam, especially if you are anxious about driving and need to improve your confidence. I am so so grateful for everything Sam taught me and will really miss the lessons.
